Banner helped me with a inverter failure on my new truck that I purchased at different dealer . The dealer I bought it from said they would take care of any issues and being out of town was not a problem . The dealer never followed up with me so I took it to Banner and had my truck repaired in les than 24 hours !!
Learned my lesson and will be buying from Banner 100% from now on .

Bought a used F150 elsewhere but brought it in for the first oil change. Learned the bad news... Lots of leaks and failed parts. Service advisor JASON KELLER handled me and my emotions well (Cowboy without his pick up is a fragile animal). He navigated my extended warranty company until they stepped up and made it right. YES, it took some time to handle the admin and order all the parts but I was ultimately VERY PLEASED when I received the truck back. They went the distance to correct everything, hold warranty company to their word, and repaired the truck as professionals. They will be servicing all of my vehicles moving forward. This time was quick but the last time I had to wait 6 months for a radio my radio showed me driving in reverse mode, when I got out the car it would stay on and I could not connect my phone to my car and they told me there was no loner cars, but I told them that's how I made my money by going to people's home so they did pay for my rental after I had rented a car.

Update-Mr. Jason called the following day and we spoke through everything. It’s all worked out and I’ll still be a returning customer.
Currently sitting here after picking my truck up and finding the check engine light on. It was not on previously as I dropped off for a simple battery replacement. To start off, when the service department called, they gave me a price of $259. When they called to say it was ready, the price was more unexpectedly. They failed to quote the taxes and shop fee on the original call. I was aggravated put paid it (looks like they removed shop fee-not sure). But, when leaving to find my check engine light on. Time for a review (story).The service folks in the fast lane seemed flabbergasted when I brought it up to them.
Now, after getting it again (check engine light now off) The auto up/down on my window isn’t working. A gentlemen was outside and very helpful (only reason for 2 stars) and got it taken back again to get checked out. He stated it needed to get reprogrammed possible due to the battery being replaced. ONE would think these things would have been taken care of.
To be continued…
Update-30 minutes later. My service rep came in and said good to go. She took it for a spin and everything is working as it should. They had to do two resets. She was very apologetic (Updates to 3 stars).
If management reaches out to discuss-I can see 4/5 stars for making it right. No one likes bad publicity.

We are from Ohio. In June, we were driving from Savannah to Austin Tx when we heard something dragging from our car. We contacted Banner Ford late in the afternoon, and they told us to bring the car in We arrived shortly before closing time. They looked at the problem and a young man promptly climbed under the car and fixed the problem. Banner had us back on the road within 30 minutes. If we lived closer to Mandeville La. we would purchase all of our cars from Banner due to this service , but Ohio is just a little too far. Thank you Banner for saving our trip.

First off, I hate going to dealerships for service, as I can do most things myself.
We were traveling through on our way back home from vacation when I had a sudden front end issue with our truck. After the first shop failed to find an issue, I called Sheryl with Banner Ford and she was able to get me in right away so we wouldn't be stranded over the weekend. They quickly determined the front right hub was coming apart and got it changed quickly to get us back on the road. They had me out the door in less than 2 hours.
Being a dealership, the prices are severely overinflated as I could have bought the part elsewhere for almost half the price. The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is the price, but I am still very thankful for the quick turnaround and overall service that Sheryl and the mechanic provided.

I have been a loyal customer at this Ford dealership for my vehicle's oil changes and service issues, and my experiences have been positive. I wanted to give them a 5-star rating. However, I recently had a phone experience that left me frustrated. I called to discuss a specific service need and requested the service advisor to review my vehicle's history on their system. After being put on hold for about 7-8 minutes, I assumed the advisor was diligently checking my records to provide the best service advice. Unfortunately, the call was transferred to voicemail unexpectedly, and my subsequent attempts to reach them only led to more voicemails. This situation was quite disheartening, as it deviated from the high standard of service I expected from them.
